Stunningly beautiful hotel, we loved the very pleasant staff and brand-new room. The setting was amazing, really close to downtown. It also was in the middle of jackson. Their food was good with good choice of meals.

The location was awesome, with easy access to both the rock City Gardens and The Tennessee Aquarium. The Enchanted Trail at rock City Gardens was straight up magical, with stunning rock formations and beautiful gardens. And the Tennessee Aquarium blew our minds with its underwater wonders. Plus, there were so many sick culinary experiences and outdoor activities to keep us entertained. We had a blast!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife. Being young and party-loving, we were craving some late-night fun.

The location was good because it was adjacent to downtown. Had lunch/dinner at Mcdonald's, which I found not too far away from the hotel. The room was immaculately clean and I liked the historic-style building. Private bathroom.
